Easter
Grandma gave them bags for extra eggs. Those came in handy.
Always competing. Sadie informed me that Kylie had found the most eggs the last two years. :)

Yummy Goodness
I got a text recently from one of my life long friends. She had a surprise for me. I was so excited. It's not often I get a surprise. She said she need to come by that very night to bring it to me. My mind was spinning, what could it be.
SURPRISE!
My most favorite desert. Mmm, just straight yummy goodness.
Thanks Chick! Love ya.
PS My fave ever. :)

Target was having a sale on Organix and it was perfect time for me. I was in desperate need of changing my shampoo. I really like it.
Pros: it cleans my hair and leaves in nice and straight as apposed to Head and Shoulders that makes my hair poofy. It is also the same brand as the straightening oil I use when I attempt to do my hair.
Cons: My hair is abnormally thick and I use more shampoo than the average girl. Since it is mostly organic it doesn't have all the fillers to suds up my hair, this meant I ended up using a lot. Translation, (it's going to go quickly.) :( One last con, my man really doesn't like the smell of vanilla.
Well, I really like it and I recommend it even if your man doesn't like vanilla.

Today, I cried. I was so blessed by my Ky. She has worked really hard in 1st grade this year and today was a huge moment. Some background: Kylie is a smart girl and last year a I began to relize that she was memorizing her reading books rather than actually reading them. I told her teacher but she wasn't worried. She was able to read the words one at a time while sounding them out but couldn't read a sentence smoothly. By the end of the year it was pretty much the same thing. This year she is back at home with me and we've been reading together a lot, she's been showing much improvement. Then today it happened. While working on her Math, she completely read and solved the word problems, all on her own! ALL ON HER OWN! So, I cried. (Teared up.) This was a happy mommy moment.*Thank you Lord for small victories.
